Post exam shopping's still the best, because you're totally in the mood for splurging and going totally nuts, talk about retail threapy!

Anyway, I was shopping the other day and came across this black knee length dress, constructed and tailored with zippers going across the front. I'm a sucker for all things unique yet pretty at the same time. SADLY, I couldn't buy it as they didn't have my size (It's always the case when you really want something!) but I got a really awesome vest instead.
. . .

Hence the inspiration for my latest update on zippers (:
Coincidentally, I recieved an email from stylehunter featuring zipper dresses, and I love love love this WISH zipper dress! I would buy it in a heartbeat if not for my post exam splurging!

As for the part on blazers I'm just so in love with them!

I selected to feature this blazer from Barkins.com.au not only because I'm so totally in love with the whole get up, but also because i love the lighting and photography of this photo. The blazer costs AU$69.90, rather affordable and yet extremely gorgeous. I love how the outfit is solely black and white and yet flatters the body and model so well when it comes together with her hair and that smokey eye makeup she's wearing so beautifully.

Here I've selected 2 blazer jackets from net-a-porter. The CK blazer is pretty much similar to the one above, loving the crop. I swore to feature only blazers that showed resemblance to the barkins blazer above, but I couldn't resist featuring the Vivienne Westwood's Monday wool-blend jacket, it is really one fine piece of art, I love everything about it, the cut, the lapels and collars as well as the length.

Thanks for bearing with us, and I sincerely apologize for the lack of updates and posts. It's been a really stressful period for me, and I'm glad that I managed to take a short break yesterday to shop. Retail therapy works (:

I managed to get myself a black Cooper St panel dress for just AU$40 (original price AU$129) and some black shorts with a slight shine to it. Net A Porter has a white Fendi dress (
£710.00) that looks pretty similar to the black dress I just bought :P I'm pretty happy with my purchases.

I've got to admit that I LOVE clutches and I decided that I'd share some of them here.

1. I bought the first clutch because I felt it was really unique and I decided to get something more structured.

2. My Patent Morgan Clutch is my favourite, goes well with alot of items in my wardrobe. Whether dressed down or up, it looks great.

3. A more feminine touch, love this one, goes with all the pretty and sweet dresses.

To all our readers,
Sorry we failed to update yesterday, we've been pretty busy actually. So Diorama and I decided we'd do up a post together today. Enjoy.

I suppose for every woman you can't get enough of shoes and BAGS. So I'm dedicating this post to bags that I've browsed through today.

Here are a few of my top picks, I'm especially attracted to the Pauric Sweeney metallic shoulder bag and the really sweet Ghibli quilted bag. The YSL patent tote is something you'd like to consider getting if you're a lover of patent items, however the price might come as a scare. You may find ebags.com of some interest if you're looking for something patent and less pricey, as they stock quite a number of them.

This seasons bright yellow hues and shades of gold and lemon, seems to be the next best colour option to brighten up a wardrobe. If these shades are not your likes for tops and bottoms, perhaps accessories and bags would be a more favourable alternative. A bright yellow bag will certainly be a contrast to a natural or otherwise single shade outfit and certainly lift up the look. Here’s a few that have caught my eye, I’m especially smitten by the Michael Kors shoulder bag.

Pair these lovely clutches with an all black outfit, get some yellow shoes and you're set for the evening.
Comments on the bags?
